This is to give you notice that the owners of Carson Realty Group, Inc. have an ownership interest in CMG Lending (referred to as "CMG") which is a Branch office of South Atlantic Mortgage Corporation ( referred to as "SAMC") and THE Title COMPANY  (referred to as "   "). CMG, SAMC and TITLE provide a convenient professional package of mortgage and title services.

I, Omar H. Scandura, am an Independent Contractor and loan Consultant working with SAMC, and may be offering the services of the Titly Company.  

Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges for SAMC and Title for the following  settlement services: 

CMG & SAMC

Up to 3% of the mortgage loan amount, which will vary based on the lender, loan product, interest rate, loan points and amount of the purchase price financed as selected by you. SAMC or CMG may also receive fees from the lender upon loan closing  which may vary from 0% to 3% of the loan amount, which fees are paid by the lender and you do not incur any additional obligations for payment of these fees to CMG or SAMC.  

Title Company:

Up to 1% of the property purchase price subject to the services selected by you. 

You are not required to use CMG or SAMC as a condition for your purchase of the property or for the settlement of your loan on the subject property.

You may be able to get these services at different rates by shopping with other settlement service providers. A lender is allowed to require the use of an attorney, credit reporting agency or real estate appraiser chosen to represent the lender's interest.
